Defining Marketing Excellence in Measurable Terms

o   This is a project for marketing teams requesting to reduce ambiguity inherent in evaluating marketers.  It begins with deliberately identifying and segmenting the important 3 or 4 categories that marketers are most responsible for and subsequently defining the verbiage to describe excellence in these categories. Lastly, time is taken to distill the tangible  and measurable skills and prioritize these as a means to measure and develop marketing talent towards excellence.

 

Data to Insight Model

o   This course emphasizes that reviewing data to glean insight is a structured process that includes several steps. One essential step is examining knowledge and demonstrating the professional curiosity to challenge biases and assumptions.
