Leadership Essentials

Leadership Essentials has made me a better leader, as I have taken my organization from start up to commercialization. The basis of this program allowed me to further hone a style from visionary – leading the organization, to implementation. As a leader of a small company, you very often are interacting with the organization on several levels. The skills I learned from this model have helped me to have a higher level of connectivity through many layers of the organization and allowed me to adapt to the needs of my audience.
