Leadership Development Program
We worked with Relevant Solutions to build a custom leadership development/readiness program. The program was deliberately structured to activate, assess and develop identified talent from within our organization. Participants were engaged and enthused with the exercise structure, dialog and increased understanding of field leadership roles and responsibilities. Especially well received was the addition of active mentorship in the program as well as using live and virtual engagement to build skills
The results of the program are remarkable with 65% of participants successfully transitioning into a leadership position in the field. Even after introducing the new program 2 years ago it is still the most talked about and anticipated field leadership development program we offer.
